System Product Index (SPI)

SPI measures the gap between a player's raw on-field production (EPA/play) and their Bayesian true talent estimate. A positive SPI means the player's production exceeds their talent (system product), while a negative SPI means their talent exceeds their production (hidden gem). This helps identify players who would improve or regress in a different scheme.
